The Emotional Eating course offered by WA Recovery College explores the connection between emotions and eating behaviours, offering insight into how distress can influence food choices. Participants will learn about the diet-binge cycle, reflect on their own emotional eating patterns, and understand how thoughts can shape eating habits. The course also focuses on building a personal toolbox of coping strategies, with space for sharing stories of hope and inspiration.
