How to Support a Loved One with an Eating Disorder: Parent/Partner Education and Support Program (PESP)

Luma’s Body Esteem Program is offering a free one-day workshop in Albany for those supporting someone with an eating disorder. Designed for parents, partners and carers, the session provides practical strategies, information about eating disorders, and guidance on how to offer effective support.

Led by facilitators with lived experience, the workshop also offers the chance to connect with others in similar situations. It’s part of a broader peer-based program that includes art therapy, dietetic support, and medical monitoring.
